Aim for a slit that ends around mid-knee for daily wear—high enough for easy stride, low enough to stay polished. For events, a thigh-slit adds drama while remaining walkable.

With flats, let the hem skim the top of your foot. With 5–8 cm heels, shorten by 1–2 cm so the dress floats instead of catching on steps.

Roll from the hem to the waist, then tuck into a packing cube. Hang and steam on arrival or use a quick shower-steam to relax wrinkles.

Choose anti-static linings or lightly mist the inside with fabric spray. A breathable viscose slip also reduces static and improves drape.

Add a slim belt or tie straps at the natural waist. For column silhouettes, a cropped layer or denim shirt knotted at the waist creates shape instantly.
