Why aren't sweatshirts and sweatpants sold online?

Ocean Mystery's collection of sweatshirts, sweatpants are only available in Australia during cold season, and are currently available in store only.

Is Ocean Mystery an Australian brand?

Yes, Ocean Mystery was founded in 2015 and is opening a Queen Victoria Building concept store in 2019, second store in Macquarie Centre in 2020.

How long does it usually take for an online order to ship?

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day (except weekends and public holidays).

What do I need to do if I need a refund, exchange or replacement for my product?

First of all, refunds will be made directly if they occur before the shipment is sent. If the item has already been shipped, we will need to wait for the returned item before issuing a refund.

Secondly, if a size or item needs to be exchanged, a request can be sent to the customer service email address. For more information, please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

I'd like to know what 6, 8, 10, and 12 stand for in a size?

6 for size XS, 8 for size S, 10 for size M, 12 for size L.

Why are Ocean Mystery swimwear prices lower than most Australian brands?

Our aim is to provide consumers with fashionable, high quality swimwear at competitive prices.

Does Ocean Mystery only sell swimsuits?

Ocean Mystery has been around for years and sells more than just swimwear, holiday accessories like dresses, pants, hats, jewellery and more.

Does Ocean Mystery sell children's swimwear?

Unfortunately, Ocean Mystery is not currently involved in children's apparel.
