Program Terms & Conditions

PPC Policy

• Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on our brand keywords (e.g., "Ocean Mystery", "Ocean Mystery Swimwear") or any misspellings or variations on any search engine (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Affiliates must add "Ocean Mystery" as a negative keyword in their paid search campaigns.
• Direct linking from paid search ads is prohibited.

Coupon & Deal Site Policy

• Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that are provided exclusively to them through the AvantLink interface.
• Sales generated using unauthorized coupon codes (e.g., codes from other marketing channels, email signups, or other affiliates) may be voided.
• "Click-to-Reveal" tactics are prohibited. Affiliates must not use misleading text/buttons that force a click to set a cookie without providing a valid discount.

Social Media & Identity Policy

• No Impersonation: Affiliates are prohibited from creating social media accounts, domains, or sub-domains that contain the brand name "Ocean Mystery" (e.g., @OceanMysteryDeals, www.oceanmystery-sale.com).
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their partnership (e.g., #ad, #partner) in compliance with FTC/ACCC guidelines.

Self-Referral Policy

Commissions are not paid on "Self-Referrals". Affiliates cannot earn commissions on orders placed for themselves or their immediate household. The program is intended to refer new customers to the brand.

Content & Image Policy

• Affiliates must use up-to-date creative assets provided in AvantLink. Do not use images from third-party sites without permission.
• Content must not be misleading, offensive, or damaging to the Ocean Mystery brand image.
